Adding a Menu or Village News

1. Select “VILLAGE & “NEWS” on the side panel. Select the green + icon to add a new item or edit to make changes to an existing item.

2. Menu items can be saved as a draft by not entering a publish or expire date. These will sit in Draft where they can be edited. Once a publish and/ or expire date is set, they then become Published or Scheduled. All future dates items will show as Scheduled. Searching for items can be filtered be selecting the relevant box.

3. Items in Expired folder can be re-published with a new date & time. Items in Archived folder can be un-archived and turned back into a “Draft” item.

4. Scheduling an Item means it will post at the set date and time, and send a push notification. 

5. If you create a post and make a mistake, simply edit you post and save. This will not re send a new notification.
