Adding & Editing a Village Emergency item

There are several options to select from when adding or editing a Village Emergency Item:



Selections to choose from are:

- Snake & Wildlife

- Urgent SOS

- Room Lockout

- Medica Assistance

- Emergency Information

ALL CONTENT IS EDITED & ENTERED THE SAME WAY FOR THE VILLAGE EMERGENCY SECTION OF THE PORTAL.

1. Select Village on the side panel. The select the relevant content tab you wish to update: Snakes & Wildlife, Room Lockout, Medical Assistant or Emergency Information. Select the green + icon to add a new item or edit to make changes to an existing item.



2. Items that are saved only will sit as draft items. These can be edited as needed. Once saved & published, these will display in the App. Searching for items can be filtered  be selecting the relevant box.

3. Items in Archived can be re-published when relevant to show in the app. Unpublishing is a great option to remove content displaying on the app until its needed again, e.g. information on shutdowns. Items can be unpublished by selecting edit on an existing entry.
