Adding & Editing a Site Health & Safety Item

1. Select Site & Health & Safety on the side panel. Select the green + icon to add a new item or edit to make changes to an existing item.
Health & Safety items are entered and edited the same way as Site & Info items. Please refer to that slide for further details.




2. Items that are saved only will sit as draft items. These can be edited as needed. Once saved & published, these will display in the App. Searching for items can be filtered  be selecting the relevant box.


3. Items in Archived can be re-published when relevant to show in the app. Unpublishing is a great option to remove content displaying on the app until its needed again, e.g. information on shutdowns. Items can be unpublished by selecting edit on an existing entry.
