Adding a Maintenance Admin Info Item
1. Select Maintenance & Admin on
the side panel. Select the green + icon to add a new item or edit to make
changes to an existing item.
2. Info items that are saved only will
sit as draft
items.
These can be edited as needed and then saved & published.
Once saved & published, these will display oin the App. Searching for items can be
filtered be selecting the relevant box.
3. Items in Expired
folder can be re-published with a new date & time when relevant to show in
the app. Items in Archived folder can be re-published when relevant
to show in the app. Unpublishing
is a great option to remove content displaying on the app until its needed
again, eg
information on shutdowns. Items
can be unpublished by selecting edit on an existing entry.
